You have:
High standards, never-ending enthusiasm, and immaculate attention to detail Impeccable communication skills with a telephone manner to match An organised and methodical approach, with good computer skills A commitment to building genuine and lasting relationships The drive, personal discipline and confidence needed to successfully follow up leads An understanding of the need for absolute discretion, confidentiality is vital Fluent in written and spoken English (and if you have a second European language that would be a plus!) A valid UK work permit
A little note about experience and qualifications
If youre an exceptional candidate, we wont hold a lack of experience against you. But experience in executive search, financial sector or sales wouldnt be a bad thing. Were looking for a candidate with a good bachelors degree.
What to Expect: Your Day with Us
Youll be finding the very best candidates and reaching out to them over the phone, before screening and interviewing them to make sure theyre suitable. Building and maintaining long term relationships with the best candidates in the relevant industries is your main focus:
Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies Growing our network by compiling contact lists from database and internet searches Managing the logistics and admin of assignments
Youll also be database inputting and information gathering (which is where that attention to detail comes in!).
