Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Team Manager for our manufacturing and warehouse operations in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate for this role loves manufacturing and has worked his/her entire life doing something with their hands. Understanding which end of a wrench to use is an essential skill for this role.
The expectations are high and the tasks require extreme flexibility and versatility, so please don't apply if you prefer an easy day.

Responsibilities:
Understand safety and quality processesBuild workplans and manage production floor through key performance indicators & metricsDevelop Supervisors to control the workflow and outputsUse data to drive decision makingAct on constructive feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement, beginning with selfTroubleshoot a wide variety of quality issues. This includes determining root cause of failures and implementing corrective actionsEstablish standard work processes and ensure that processes uphold quality, efficiency, and safety standardsImplement a set of quality standards that will continually meet or exceed customer expectations
Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing and leadership experienceBachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferredPrevious experience managing hourly employees, as well as production supervisorsMaster's in real world experience
