Leading global sales compensation strategy and analytics, the full-time Finance Manager, Sales Compensation will oversee sales compensation processes, drive performance analytics, and partner with leadership in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end sales compensation processes, including plan design, commission calculations, and governance Lead advanced analytics to generate insights on sales performance and incentive effectiveness Act as a trusted advisor to sales and finance leadership, providing data-driven recommendations for performance improvement
Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or related roles with exposure to sales compensation Proven finance leader with a strong track record of strategic and operational impact Experience supporting sales organizations, ideally within fintech or SaaS environments Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Salesforce and ICM platforms
