Role Description We are looking for a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our sales team in the toy, holiday product, Apparel, Party supplies, and Home Decor categories. You will work closely with the executive team to perform daily sales operations on our wholesale and dropship accounts. You would also work closely with the product and marketing teams to prepare pitching materials for our new accounts. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and enthusiastic about toys and holiday products. Responsibilities Learn all relevant product knowledge & branding guidelines to tailor pitches to buyers Provide excellent customer service to our wholesale clients via phone and email. Communicate with customers to determine their needs and recommend products accordingly. Manage and update customer accounts and orders in our system. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis. Participate in trade shows and events to showcase our products and services. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Support the sales team with other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Fluency in Mandarin and English required. 1-2 years of sales experience in the toy and/or holiday product industry preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
