We are looking for a structured and reliable IT Specialist to build, manage, and scale paper republic's IT infrastructure and systems landscape. In this role you will ensure that IT systems are set up to handle increasing scale, new locations, and evolving operational needs.
- You'll ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, including user support ( 1st and 2nd level), system performance, and issue resolution
- You'll support the building and maintain reliable, scalable IT infrastructure across all locations
- You'll identify risks and implement measures to improve IT security and system stability
- You'll optimize the application landscape, including governance, access, and usage
- You'll define and implement IT standards for systems, tools, equipment, access, and documentation
- You'll support IT onboarding for new hires and IT setup for new locations
- You'll support and further develop hardware lifecycle management while coordinating external IT service providers
- You've proven experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role
- You've initial experience setting up network infrastructure for new office locations, including connectivity, hardware, and security
- You've a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and application management (e.g. SaaS, MDM…)
- You're hands-on, solution-oriented, and confident in solving technical problems
- You‘ve a strong ownership mindset and identify gaps proactively
- You've strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- You having experience with ERP systems and system integrations is a strong plus
- You're fluent in English and German
