We are looking for talented Investor Relations Manager who will be our main point of contact for potential investors. The primary responsibilities of the Investor Relationship Manager will include building and maintaining relationships with investors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing an investor relations strategy, preparing investor communications and materials, and analyzing and reporting on market trends and competitive landscape. We are looking for a leader who will be able to support our company growth with investor interest and capital. Happy to discuss compensation package. Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and research skills Experience in investor relations, finance, or related field Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of and experience with regulatory requirements and compliance Understanding of financial statements and market trends
