Hospitalist 7-on/7-off $165/hr + $50k Bonus

Location: Flowers Hospital - Dothan, AL

Financials & Incentives

  • Hourly Rate: $165 (Day Shift)

  • Commencement Bonus: Up to $50,000

  • Additional Support: Relocation assistance, CME allowance

Clinical Workflow

  • Schedule: 7-on / 7-off (Full-Time).

  • Procedures: Optional (Based on your comfort level).

  • ICU: 32-bed Open ICU.

  • Teaching: GME program on-site; opportunity to work with residents.

  • Patient Load: Collaborative team environment within a stable Medical Group.

Requirements

  • BC/BE: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  • License: Must be qualified for AL state licensure.
