Overview Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in creative operations. As a Creative Operations Expert, you will build long‑horizon creative‑ops tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Responsibilities Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open‑ended essays, no subjective judgment calls. Expect to build scenarios across:
Asset management: versioning and naming against a convention, DAM tagging against a defined taxonomy
Production coordination: creative intake routing against defined owner maps, handoff packets with required fields
Localization: string lists for specified locales against a defined glossary with known correct translations
These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.
Qualifications
3+ years in creative ops, design production, or content ops
Expertise in one or more of the following: DAM administration (Bynder, Frontify, Brandfolder), creative workflow tooling (Asana, Monday, Airtable), Figma file management, localization vendor coordination
Comfortable reading and producing creative‑ops artifacts: briefs, routing flows, file trees, localization specs
Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
Located in the United States or Canada
Compensation Compensation $50–$70 / hr depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors are promoted based on task quality and throughput.
