Role: Business Analyst with Utility Domain Client experience Location: Remote Job Description The Business Analyst plays a dynamic role responsible for supporting project and product delivery teams with direct reporting to the Manager, IT Business Analysis. The Business Analyst performs various functions based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The Business Analyst serves as a team member for the documentation of requirements which can take the form of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for prioritized system and feature development. The Business Analyst is a collaborative team player with a growth mindset and an interest in devising or modifying procedures to solve the complex business systems and industry requirements of our business, users, and customers to help build the digital utility of the future. Must have ADO experience.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Utilities domain, Agile Project Experience in the customer service area
