Requirements:
12+ years of progressive software engineering experience
At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing backend engineering or platform delivery teams
Proven, hands-on experience deploying AI-enabled development tools
Deep expertise in modern software architecture patterns
Strong command of engineering metrics and a data-driven approach to process optimization
Exceptional communication skills
