Inside Sales | Direct Hire

A growing, industry-leading supplier of high-performance engineering plastics is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join their Tualatin team. This company supports cutting-edge industries like aerospace, medical, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturingand they're expanding fast. Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with urgency and professionalism
• Process orders accurately while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders
• Support customers through the full sales cyclefrom inquiry to delivery

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Salaried role that could require a little additional time outside of office hours.

Pay: $65-75K with commission opportunity.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales or customer-facing preferred)
• Confident communicator. Comfortable making calls and engaging with a wide range of customers
• Strong listening skills with the ability to ask the right questions and uncover opportunities
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and increase earnings through commission
