No previous industry experience is required , as step-by-step training and mentorship are provided. What You\'ll Be Doing
Help clients explore travel options including resorts, cruises, guided tours, and packaged experiences Compare destination choices based on travel goals, schedules, and budgets Share helpful recommendations and planning insights tailored to each client Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging platforms Coordinate reservations using approved travel supplier systems Stay informed about seasonal travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier offerings Maintain organized client records and itinerary details Support travelers throughout the planning and booking process What Makes a Strong Candidate
Interest in travel planning, coordination, or customer engagement roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Familiarity with computers and web-based tools Reliable high-speed internet connection required Must be
