Job Description
As the Superintendent , you will report directly to senior project leadership and take full ownership of on-site delivery from mobilization through close-out. You will be the face of the project in the field, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Lead day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
- Enforce site safety standards and company policies at all times
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve field issues
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure budget and schedule alignment
- Ensure quality control across all trades and scopes of work
- Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and design teams

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Ground up project experience exceeding $10M
- Background delivering projects such as education, healthcare, retail, or faith-based facilities
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods across multiple trades
- Ability to lead subcontractors and field teams with authority and respect
- High standards for jobsite safety, quality, and organization
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Willingness to work on local and regional commercial projects
