Physical Therapist Assistant

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality, personalized rehab services. Working under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and document outcomes in our EMR system. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help maintain a safe, welcoming clinic.
