Hospital-employed Pediatrics in a 162-bed acute care facility. Join 3 physicians + 1 APP 1:4 shared call with APP support. Outpatient-focused; limited inpatient call (nursery only). Rural Health Clinic-designated setting with strong community ties. Base salary + incentives, sign-on & relocation package. Residency stipend & loan repayment assistance available.
