Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product details and quantities against order specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse floor.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capability of Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
