Support management in developing and executing a BI and reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritize business intelligence needs Design and manage dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable business insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role Experience with a P&C insurance company, particularly in Underwriting and Claims Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with R or Python preferred In-depth knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL processes
