About

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest integrated manufacturers of building materials and solutions with leading market positions in cement, aggregates, and ready-mixed concrete. We are represented in more than 50 countries with around 51,000 employees at almost 3,000 locations.

At the centre of our actions lies the responsibility for the environment. As the front runner on the path to carbon neutrality and circular economy in the building materials industry, we are working on sustainable building materials and solutions for the future. We enable new opportunities for our customers through digitalisation.

Are you ready to reshape an entire industry? Imagine being the bridge between cutting-edge digital innovation and an industry ripe for transformation. At Heidelberg Materials, we're on a bold mission to become the first industrial tech leader in our sector. Our goal is simple: to revolutionize how we do business and build the digital ecosystem that will power the heavy building industry for years to come. And we need you to help us make it happen.

YOUR ROLE: Digital Partnerships Consultant (f/m/d)

Picture this: You're a deal maker and master negotiator, a dynamic blend of Harvey Specter's sharpness and Gandhi's diplomacy. You bring people together, align interests, and craft partnerships that not only make sense but set the stage for industry-changing success. Your superpower? Creating value by connecting the dots between partners, driving growth and innovation in ways that no one could do alone.

As a key player within the Digital Business & Partnerships department, you'll work directly with our Head of Digital Partnerships to create a sustainable competitive advantage, enabling Heidelberg Materials to lead the charge in digital transformation. Your focus will be on building, expanding, and nurturing strategic partnerships and digital investments, turning them into high-impact solutions that power operational efficiencies and sustainability ambitions across our sector.
