About
The Border Patrol Agent role requires individuals with prior experience in law enforcement or military police assignments to detect and question people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
- Primary Responsibilities
Inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Closely inspecting travel documents, identification cards, vehicle registration, insurance information
assisting in the investigation process by identifying evidence relating to illegal drug smuggling,
targeted trafficking networks, weapons possession, copyright infringement.
The job also involves apprehending dangerous criminals that are crossing into the country illegally.
