We are seeking a strategic supply chain professional to lead our production planning team. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of logistics and operations management, with experience in driving process improvements and optimizing supply chain performance.

• Provide leadership and direction for the production planning team, working closely with plant leadership to support strategic decisions and achieve operational goals.
• Set clear objectives and guide the team to ensure alignment with overall site-specific and broader business targets.
• Manage and report out of key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery-in-full on-time (DIFOT) service levels, inventory health, and proactive late order communications (PLOC).
