Position Overview

We're looking for a hardworking, reliable dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient during service. You'll be part of a tight-knit team that values clear communication, mutual respect, and staying cool under pressure. No previous kitchen experience is required — just a strong work ethic and a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen tools, and small wares during and after service
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Help clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost as needed
• Assist with light prep or kitchen tasks if needed
• Support the kitchen team by staying proactive and efficient
• Follow all sanitation and health department guidelines

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Able to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
