We are seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Team. Travel to other outpatient offices in Central Minnesota to serve clients may be required.
Essential Functions include:
- Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies
- Competencies and ability to provide empirically-supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issues
- Provide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluations
- Develop and implement a treatment plan
- Complete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis Plan
- Complete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessary
- Collaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at large
- Participate in the referral process
- Maintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulations
- Provide crisis intervention services as requested
Qualifications include:
- Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (i.e. Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work)
- A valid license in behavioral health without restrictions ( e.g. LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT, NP) in the State of MN. Clinical Supervision is available; License-seeking trainees encouraged to apply
- Experience with adults and children struggling with mental illness
- Competencies and ability to provide empirically supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral needs
- Excellent written (computer based) and verbal skills
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation & Benefits include:
- Wage Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
