• Lead and oversee a preschool classroom, ensuring a structured, safe, and nurturing learning space.
  
• Implement The Learning Experience curriculum with a focus on early literacy, social development, problem-solving, and creativity.
  
• Support individual learning needs and track developmental progress.
  
• Communicate regularly with families to share updates, milestones, and observations.
  
• Partner with assistant teachers and center leadership to maintain a positive, collaborative classroom environment.
  
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and safety standards.
  

• ECE certification required in Massachusetts.
  
• At least 6 months of classroom teaching experience (1 year preferred).
  
• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
