We are looking for a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and organization of our warehouse inventory. You will play a vital part in optimizing stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and supporting efficient logistics operations. Key responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory variances, managing stock rotation, and implementing improvements to inventory control procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and experience with inventory management software. Physical ability for occasional lifting and navigating the warehouse is necessary. Safety is a top priority, and all personnel must adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
