You will play a vital role in accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role involves regular movement throughout the warehouse, and tasks may require significant Lifting, so physical fitness is important. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure correct usage of required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets.
- Perform duties involving moderate to heavy Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular Lifting.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
- Understanding of general logistics processes.
