Key Responsibilities
Project manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Build and grow a personal business within the assigned regional territory.
Attend daily sales meetings and refresher training courses.
Utilise fully pre‑qualified appointments and support resources.
Represent the brand at exhibitions and in the field to generate new leads.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in sales with a real desire to succeed (B2B, B2C, retail or customer service experience acceptable).
Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build their own business.
Full UK Driver’s Licence with a minimum of one year driving experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach.
What We Offer
Salary £25,400 plus OTE £50,000–£70,000 + uncapped (top performers earning more).
Initial bonus: £1,000 in Month 1 and £1,000 in Month 2 for achieving revenue targets.
