Business Analyst, London What You’ll Be Doing
Analysis & Insights: Gather, clean, and analyse data from operational, commercial, and infrastructure sources to identify trends, bottlenecks, or opportunities. Build reports and dashboards to monitor key business metrics and performance drivers. Perform root cause analysis on operational issues or performance drops. Support OKR and KPI tracking, quarterly reviews, and leadership reporting. Process & Workflow Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to map current-state processes and identify areas for optimisation. Develop recommendations and support implementation of improved workflows and tooling. Work closely with the Systems Architect to ensure changes are reflected in system design and automation. Document business processes and help drive operational consistency across teams. Project & Stakeholder Support: Support cross-functional initiatives with structured analysis, planning, and follow-up. Work closely with Finance, Planning, Client Success, and Infrastructure teams to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate, timely data. Create project plans, timelines, and trackers to support operational execution. Provide input into tool adoption, reporting needs, and internal change management.
About You
You’re data-driven and love making sense of complexity through structured thinking. You’re proactive, curious, and quick to get up to speed on new systems or workflows. You enjoy turning business questions into analysis and surfacing clear recommendations. You’re equally comfortable deep in spreadsheets or talking to stakeholders. You have strong communication skills and can present findings clearly to a range of audiences. You work best in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly. You have a bias for action and enjoy owning projects end to end. Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, strategy, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with data querying and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Power BI, Tableau). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Experience translating business problems into structured analysis and clear outputs. Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth tech or infrastructure environment. Familiarity with SaaS business metrics or data centre infrastructure terms. Exposure to business systems (e.g. HubSpot, Wrike). Experience working with forecasting, planning, or performance tracking teams. Understanding of financial modelling, pricing analysis, or commercial planning. What We Can Offer You
