You'll be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and adhere to all company policies and procedures. This includes the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and following strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology or pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Process outgoing shipments and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely as needed.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through careful handling and counting.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Perform physically demanding tasks involving frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability for regular lifting of items up to 55 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to teamwork and operational efficiency within logistics.
