Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and accurately documenting incoming shipments.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking orders with speed and precision using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Packing products securely for domestic and international transit.
- Loading and unloading trucks, ensuring safe handling of all goods.
- Conducting cycle counts and assisting with inventory accuracy.
- Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Strictly adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
- Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude.
