Experience: Minimum 7+ years in enterprise network engineering, with proven experience designing and supporting large-scale, multi-site networks. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certifications strongly preferred. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead high-visibility infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Required Skills
Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS). Deep experience with firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and network monitoring tools. Strong background in LAN/WAN design, VLAN management, QoS, and wireless networking. Hands-on expertise with enterprise hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar vendors. Understanding of network security best practices and compliance requirements. Professional Skills: Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable information for stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and visual. Benefits
