Position Overview

We're looking for a
Sales Manager
with a
minimum of 5 years of proven success in Canadian logistics sales
to lead and grow our sales division. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of 3PL, warehousing, and transportation services across Canada, and thrives on building long-term client relationships while driving revenue growth.

You'll manage and mentor a sales team, build partnerships with national and regional clients, and play a key role in expanding our market footprint across major provinces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand DelGate's 3PL, LTL, and white-glove delivery services nationwide.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with e-commerce, retail, and B2B clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Canadian logistics or transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of 3PL, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
