Adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. Your contribution ensures that goods flow smoothly through our distribution center, supporting our overall logistics goals. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Organize and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders efficiently and ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper protection of goods.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Utilize PPE as required for assigned tasks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Handle lifting and movement of products and materials.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to our logistics success.
