Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment (e.g., conveyors, pallet jacks, forklifts).
  • Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new warehouse equipment.
  • Troubleshoot operational problems and find effective solutions.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support the logistics team with operational tasks as needed, including material handling.
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, warehouse technician, or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to perform moderate physical tasks, including Lifting and working in various positions.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must wear all required PPE.
