Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and dependable Distribution Center Associates for our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving a range of responsibilities from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of products. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise.
  • Pick items from inventory based on customer orders, using RF scanners.
  • Pack orders securely and label them for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safe lifting techniques and general warehouse safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
