Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced baker to lead our back-of-house team and oversee daily operations.

This role will involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the back-of-house team, overseeing staff on shift and providing clear direction on busy days.
• Own daily finishing and bakery pars, reviewing preorders and custom cakes.
• Partner with the cafe manager to communicate plans and deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and DOH compliance in the kitchen.
