- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the back-of-house team, overseeing staff on shift and providing clear direction on busy days.
- Own daily finishing and bakery pars, reviewing preorders and custom cakes.
- Partner with the cafe manager to communicate plans and deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and DOH compliance in the kitchen.
