About
*HealthWithin Wellness Center*, a well-established *integrated physical medicine clinic* in Yakima, WA, is seeking a *licensed Physical Therapist* to join our collaborative and patient-centered team. *Responsibilities:*
* Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide therapeutic interventions focused on rehabilitation, mobility, and function
* Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other providers
* Educate patients on exercise, injury prevention, posture, and body mechanics
* Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning
*Qualifications:*
* Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Washington State PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
* Experience in outpatient orthopedics or integrative care is a plus
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* *Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred*
