Job Location: Stuttgart, AR. Stuttgart Rice Mill C

Regular schedule is 4 on/ 4 off Including weekends 12 hour shifts 6:30 am - 6:30 pm with some extended daily hours and weekend work possible.

Hours worked from 5pm - 6am will receive a 15% shift premium.  All hours worked on Saturday and Sunday will receive a 15% shift premium.

Job Description

Start, stop, monitor and adjust rice milling equipment, including paddy separators and milling machines, to meet specific goals for quality and production; be able to start and stop the milling process in an emergency; monitor other systems related to rice milling (bran, hulls, etc).

Education Requirements

Associates degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school and/or additional college courses and two years of related experience or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience plus a minimum of 7-11 months of supervisory experience preferred.
