Job Overview

• Type: Solo | Over-the-Road (OTR)
• Freight: Dry Van
• Lanes: 48 states (majority east of I-35)
• Miles: Average 2,000–3,000 per week
• Home Time: 2 weeks out, 2 full days home
• Take your assigned truck home on your off time

Compensation & Perks

• Starting Solo Pay: $1,100+ weekly
• Top Earners: Up to $1,600 per week
• Bonuses: $1,500 transition bonus + up to +3 CPM for performance
• Additional Pay: Layover, detention, and multi-stop included

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and completion of 120+ hour CDL program
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background
• Must pass DOT physical (hair & urine)
• Willing to travel 4–6 weeks OTR for training
