Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role in product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on a balance of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgement.
Your tasks
- Define the vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research, and your own industry insight.
- Work closely with agile development teams to ensure they understand the vision, goals, and priorities of the product.
- Prioritize product features and backlog items based on business and customer impact.
- Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to ensure the product's competitive position.
