Who you are
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1, fliessend) und Englisch (B2, gute Kenntnisse)
- Erfahrung als IT Supporter oder Applikationsmanager mit Microsoft Produkte
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Office-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung mit Sharepoint, PowerApp/Autimate und Forms von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in Atlassian-Produkten (Confluence und Jira)
Your tasks
- Bereitstellung von User-Support am Helpdesk und an den Arbeitsplätzen vor Ort und im Homeoffice
- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeit bei IT-Operations-Projekten
- Betreuung der MS Windows 10 Client & MS Office 365 Umgebung
- Wartung und Betreuung der Arbeitsplätze und der technischen Infrastruktur
