Who you are
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/-in oder ähnliche Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung auf FH- oder HF-Ebene.
- Berufserfahrung im Applikationsmanagement sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Applikationen, Prozess- und Projektmanagement (ITIL oder IPMA).
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen.
Your tasks
- Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb von Applikationen und den entsprechenden 2nd-Level-Support.
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern sowie Bereitstellung von Workarounds.
- Erstellung und Pflege von System- und Anwenderdokumentationen.
