As a leader in the watch industry, the hiring company has established itself as a "Master of Materials." As an ICT System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining their IT infrastructure in collaboration with the Group, which operates the DC and network. As part of a small team, you will play an active role in modernizing workstations and ensuring that all systems operate reliably. You will also be involved in projects to update their infrastructure.

Who you are

  • CFC in computer science (4 years).
  • Several years' professional experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems (O365, Teams, SharePoint, MS Exchange).
  • In-depth knowledge of networks.
  • Good knowledge of multimedia is desirable (installation of videoconferencing, multimedia devices).
  • A secure way of working, even in busy periods.
  • High quality of service with a strong customer focus.
  • German and/or French mother tongue with very good knowledge of the other language.
  • Good knowledge of English.

Your tasks

  • Providing second-level support and processing tickets for technical issues.
  • Handling server support, maintenance, error resolution, updates, and backups.
  • Maintaining LAN/WLAN and WAN (VPN) networks, including tasks like TCP/IP configuration and patching.
  • Installing and configuring Windows using SCCM on PCs and laptops.
  • Setting up and patching workstations physically.
  • Managing client/server and Active Directory authorizations.
  • Configuring and provisioning mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads.
  • Configuring and monitoring the VPSX printing solution.
  • Managing the lifecycle of the infrastructure, aiding in the modernization of IT systems.
  • Providing user training and support.
  • Managing and updating SharePoint platform.
