Who you are
- Language skills: English (C1+ / fluent)
- Professional experience: 5-7+ years of experience in software development, min 2 years of people management
- Strong knowledge of software engineering with complext software systems
- Good software architecture experience with functional programming
- Strong people management skills
Your tasks
- Taking over the technical project management as well as team management as the company continues expanding
- Putting processes in place for growing teams within Switzerland and globally
- Coordinate with all the IT team on the software development and making sure that the product stays customer-oriented
- Management of 15+ engineers
- Ensure the scalability of the company
- Work directly with the CTO on all the budget & resource planning
