Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Windsor, ON, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Duties include managing a sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align business priorities. The Sales Manager will also play a critical role in training and mentoring the sales team. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Experience with Team Leadership and Performance Management Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the legal or professional services sector is a plus Duties Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Lead, motivate, and supervise sales staff to ensure high performance and professional development. Oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing to optimize store profitability. Manage store operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping. Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff members. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports to analyze performance trends. Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service excellence. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Manage administrative tasks such as payroll processing, budgeting, and organizational planning. Experience Proven experience in retail sales management or store management roles. Strong background in supervising teams, recruiting staff, and staff training & development. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, marketing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales techniques. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative functions. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are a plus; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Experience with budgeting, payroll management, inventory purchasing, and organizational skills. Prior leadership experience in retail or related fields is essential; supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
