Virtual Management Services is growing and we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Closer to help business owners scale through our Virtual Assistant solutions by identifying their operational challenges and positioning the right support to improve efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you’ll be speaking directly with decision-makers, guiding them through the sales process, and turning conversations into long-term clients through a consultative, value-driven approach. If you know how to sell value, handle objections with confidence, and build trust quickly with business owners, this role is for you.
Relationship Building Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls with business owners across different industries
Identify operational gaps and position our VA services as the solution
Present clear, value-driven offers (cost savings, efficiency, scalability)
Handle objections and guide prospects toward confident decisions
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing
Maintain organized records of outreach and conversations in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners
Must Have
Experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or closing
A natural “people person” personality who enjoys engaging with others
High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor
Comfortable speaking quickly and confidently with business owners and decision-makers
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
A Type A personality who enjoys sales and relationship building
Someone who naturally brings excitement and momentum into conversations
