Strategie & Steuerung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Retail-Strategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungs- und Marketingmassnahmen im stationären Handel
Umsatz- & Ergebnisverantwortung
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Performance der Filialen
- Analyse und Steuerung relevanter KPIs sowie Einleitung gezielter Massnahmen bei Abweichungen
Personalführung & Entwicklung
- Führung und Coaching der Filialleiter/innen
- Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Schulung der Filialteams
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Personaleinsatzplanung
Customer Experience & Trademarketing
- Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen und hochwertigen Markenauftritts über alle Standorte hinweg
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Trademarketing-Aktivitäten wie Sampling-Aktionen, In-Store-Events sowie Kundenbindungsprogrammen
- Optimierung der Customer Journey in den Boutiquen und Tea Rooms
Sortiments- & Flächenmanagement
- Umsetzung der Sortimentsstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion
- Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
- Optimale Produktpräsentation inkl. Definition von Visual-Merchandising-Guidelines
Standortentwicklung
- Analyse und Optimierung der Flächennutzung
- Planung und Umsetzung sinnvoller baulicher Anpassungen in den Filialen
Prozessoptimierung & Schnittstellenmanagement
- Weiterentwicklung effizienter Filialprozesse
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Controlling, Marketing und Produktion
Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position (z. B. Regionalverkaufsleitung) im Schweizer Detailhandel
- Ausgeprägte operative Erfahrung im stationären Verkauf mit hoher Kundennähe
- Dynamische, flexible und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
- Bereitschaft, die 10 Standorte regelmässig in der Deutsch- und Westschweiz zu besuchen
- Starke Affinität zu Premiumprodukten, idealerweise im Food-, Confiserie- oder Hospitality-Umfeld
- Sicher im Umgang mit KPIs und betriebswirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumenten
- Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Stilsicher in Deutsch und Französisch (schriftlich und mündlich), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
