What You’ll Do
Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our products.
Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
Develop processes and reports to audit data.
Implement process implementations as suggested by team to ensure ongoing improvement in sales support functions.
Ensure business plans, reports and strategies are completed on time.
Act as the local Salesforce expert, providing technical guidance and training to brokers, support staff, and management in the use of the tool.
Drive the adoption of other broker technology tools and systems.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior sales experience preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Experience using sales database systems. Strong knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sales Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sales Manager position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
