We offer an elevated menu of services including custom lash extensions, lash lifts, tinting, threading, and more. Our salons deliver a polished, high‑end experience where guest care, results, and attention to detail come first.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a high‑performing Front Desk Sales Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, upscale salon environment and is driven by results. This is not a traditional receptionist role —this is a sales‑focused, revenue‑generating position . You will own the guest experience from first contact to checkout while actively driving bookings, maximizing schedule efficiency, and selling memberships and retail . If you have experience in a busy salon, medspa, or luxury service environment and love the thrill of hitting goals and earning more based on performance, you’ll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver a polished, high‑touch guest experience from check‑in to checkout
Respond to leads quickly and confidently—phone, text, and online inquiries
Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long‑term clients
Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven sales experience (salon, spa, fitness, retail, or similar)
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end or luxury service environment
Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport quickly
Comfortable and effective on the phone—able to close, not just answer
Goal‑driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution‑oriented under pressure
Tech‑savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
Availability on Saturdays and evenings is required
