This role is responsible for leading our design team, driving innovative design solutions, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. You will play a crucial role in managing design projects, mentoring designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and effective design work that aligns with our brand vision and guidelines.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of visual designs for both print and digital.
Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Deep understanding of design principles across multiple platforms, including digital, print, presentations, web, mobile, social media, and more, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope while advocating for user-centered design principles and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality creative output across all projects as well as identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance design efficiency and quality.
Review and approve designs to ensure they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations while providing creative direction and constructive feedback to designers to foster a culture of innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, events, and digital teams to ensure cohesive design strategies.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent), required.
Experience in animation and motion graphics, preferred.
6+ years of related experience, required.
8+ years of related experience, preferred.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
Strong ability to present portfolio showcasing design expertise and leadership in creative projects.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to stay organized, multitask, prioritize competing projects, and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and foster relationships.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across departments such as web, events, advertising, social media, product marketing, and more.
Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required.
Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
