Micro1 is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through various software engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong reasoning capabilities in unfamiliar codebases and excellent communication skills. This remote role is suited for those with 3+ years of experience in software engineering, knowledge in backend or full-stack environments, and the ability to explain complex decisions clearly. A background in Cybersecurity/SecOps is preferred.
